Avantgarde Housing is a French owned Chinese company based in Shanghai, the financial capital of China. Opened in 2020, it is the only foreign owned Apple cabin manufacturer and exporter on the market today. We created a company optimized to satisfy our customers needs in every aspect by capitalizing on the power of an east meets west combination – China manufacturing capacity and cost-efficiency coupled with a French team of technicians and customer service representatives..

We specialize in manufacturing and exporting modern housing solutions worldwide. Including Apple cabins, Space cabins and Container houses.

Our sales office and our factory are both based in the highly controlled Shanghai city to ensure the highest quality of service and production while respecting heavily regulated labor laws. We made the choice to bare to extra costs of operating from Shanghai to respect our clients values and expectations in terms of sustainability and ethics.

We have two factories located in Shanghai and Zhejiang, covering a total area of over 43,000 square meters. Our third factory is planned to open in 2024 in Cambodia, which will bring our total production space to over 60,000 square meters.

Our cabins are produced in Shanghai with a monthly production capacity of 60 units. If we reach our maximum production capacity in our Shanghai factory, we then manufacturing in our Zhejiang factory which allows us to double our capacity to 120 units monthly. Recently, we opened a factory in Cambodia which will allow us, if necessary, and depending on government rules and regulations to make sure that our production never stops, whatever may happen.
